I just installed the softail set on my 2002 fatboy. It changed the ride immensely. There customer service is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. All my bikes will have the the shotgun air suspension!!
I installed the SS on my 2008 Softail Custom and I absolutely love it. Like JD mentioned about riders that have back pain like myself it really allows me to ride longer. I can change the height and rebound as needed. It really helps. Also being able to lower the bike before you get on makes it so much easier to lift your leg over, especially if you have bags and gear loaded for a trip. Definitely worth the money.
No kidding just phoned these guys form NC 3 hour time difference. The young lady that called me quickly back she was on another call sold me on the shock the way the customer svc responds to the public. this is a win win.
Dear shotgun shock my shock absorbers are without air leaving the bike all down i push the two buttons up and it hears thet the compressor works,my question is how much time i need to have the two buttons up? Because i have the doubt that if i have the two buttons up to much time the compressor will get damaged.
