For this video, we are trying something different. The first 16 minutes will show how to make the salad sauce. Then, the remainder of the video (starting at 00:16:54) will show how to cook and slice the chicken feet.
If you don't like chicken feet, you can substitute any meat. In particular, you can use shrimp and other seafood, or even cooked pork or beef.
[The ingredients and instructions will be posted here later.]
If you tried this or any of my other recipes, please post your results on my Facebook fan page at / cookingwithnana or on my Google+ page at plus.google.com/1140066147833...

@KommieOxo
@KommieOxo 10 лет назад
Cooking with Nana Nana I made this the other night as a trial for the baby shower and i absolutely love the flavor. I felt so proud and my husband said it tasted so much better than the ones we take away from the restaurant. I hate cooking and i realey cook, my husband and cooks how ever that evening we sat there with 2kg of chicken feet and spend hours de boneing it and thought to my self i hope this tastes good since im so hopeless in the kitchen but the end result was so worth it..My family loves it and finishes it all in one night. So this afternoon im going to visit my parents with this dish they are going to be surprise lol ...Thank you so much i can eat as much chicken feet salad i want now for less the price. Please keep the Video coming xx

@happyme5281 7 лет назад
thank you I asked because I told my boyfriend to Carmel the sugar and it took a long time for it to Carmel I had a fishing feeling so i pour water into it and it started to burn so i removed it and tried it again. the reason why it wasn't carmeling and got burned by water was because my boyfriend was using salt instead of sugar. After I commented he's all like "It was salt" so that was the problem haha well thank you so much we made it and it was delicious. Never had it so i made it to my fitting of taste and it was good and best part was the family enjoyed it very much! thank you! had a good laugh and good lunch!
