it also kinda kives you a flex slot for whatever character you want, cause you no longer need three elements to activate its passive but two instead, so it could be something like barbara(i know she is bad but she gives 15 hydro dmg bonus and heals wich its also helpfull aside from the hp bonus if you have two hydro, xinqiu could also work but since neuvillete is mostly charge atack i dont think is that much better in this situation) or pretty much anything

Neuvillette, Sucrose/any VV buffer, Fischl/any sub-dps,diona/layla/any shielder is suffice. make sure each element is different to take full advantage of his draconic stack.

@@aaryanaayuugautam1939 then that's the most you can do with what you have. if you want more, i suggest getting furina and kazuha. the dmg is double than 28k. if you want his C1, make sure you have furina first or it'll not worth it.

that's the point of getting c1. IF YOU HAVE FURINA it is better, otherwise, C0 is already good if you have 3hydro related reactions.

lucky I had 300 pulls saved and lost 50/50 to Jean, got neuv, then lost again trying to get kazuha, then lost again tryna get c1

Debating on getting guaranteed C1 or arlecchino

Don't use xingqiu instead use this team (neuv+kazuha+xiangling Bennett) or replace xiangling& Bennett with nahida and kuki.

Use tartaglia for his passive

Xingqiu is useless in his team.

If you have a Zhongli then i don't think you need it but C1 can have better team + Easier to play and more flexible.

The question is you need two on field dps? Kazuha improves neuvi performance and gameplay by a lot tbh so keep that in mind

C1 is best

C0r1 for damage, c1r0 for comfort.

I'd go for C0R1 for long-term. It disciplines you when combating and give a quite significant dmg boost. If you want resistance during exploration, just throw a Zhongli or Xingqiu in.

C1r0 if you have furina or childe, C0r1 if you have zhongli. Sacrificial jade isn't much behind his signature

C1 neuvillitte is basically prevents him from getting interrupted but if you have proper shielders like Layla or zhongli, you might not really need his c1.

With so few wishes I wouldn’t (personally) risk it on the weapon banner. If you lose 50/50 on the character banner. Your pity will be saved for another character banner. But on the weapon if you don’t get it. That’s it. Game over. Because the pity doesn’t carry over. If you are determined to get either C1 or weapon. On your situation, I’d go C1.
