If I was ever in a particularly vile mood as a kid I would occasionally make her fall repeatedly throughout the entire routine, just to see her inexplicably anticipating an award of anything above the 0.0 that she would ultimately be served with.
you all prolly dont care but does any of you know a method to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me.
Oh man, my brother and I would play this game for hours, this really brings me back. I remember every sound effect.Used to love the hotdog and the bobsled.
Yes!! Another amazing Commodore gem. My brother and I played this, Summer Games, World Games, and Caveman Ugh-lympics on solid rotation. It was also how I learned the flags and national anthem of countries as a kid! ;)
Yes and when i saw personalcomputer with windows i became very disappointed from computers i dont know why but commodor and amiga were very thriller and enjoyable
@@soufianaboulfaouz2740 , yes the Datasette :) But now we have SD2IEC and Fastloaders :) And many other little bit faster Peripheries :) But i love the Datasette ,too. In one i have a Retropie and the other get the Electronics from my C64 Mini. And my third Datasette will be original :)
Certainly a nice trip down memory lane seeing this. I’m glad I at least had the 1541 disk drive to go with my breadbox C64; while still slow compared to today’s hard drives, it was a good deal faster than tape.
Wenn ich hin und wieder meinen guten alten C64 aus dem Schrank hole und starte wird auch immer ne Runde Winter, Summer oder n anderes Games gezockt.Super Video!
They sure knew how to make games that made us buy joysticks every other month. Winter and summer games, skate and ski or die, Dragon's lair ect. ect. ect. They were joystick killers.
There's a fun glitch in this game where during the Figure Skating event, if you crash/kneel immediately and constantly, you'll get a perfect score.. possibly due to the permanent damage on the crushed knee bones or a negative 1 yields a score-wrap? You be the judge.
OMG we had that! My younger cousin, about 4-5 years old at the time, insisted he wanted to play, and his round consisted of him falling constantly. He got a perfect score, and nobody was able to replicate the glitch. 30 years later it's his initials still set up as the highest score.
@D W same. I think I just got frustrated with the figure skating because no matter what I did i'd get a sub 5 score so I just made her kneel for the whole time. I think there were 2 figure skating events. Not sure if this worked on both.
I was walking with my parents by a shopping mall, saw this game on a computer shop and ruined my parents existence for 1 month until they bought me the C64!
@@jamesoverholt878 Holy crap man. Not only does playing these games bring back memories. But this comment made me remember there used to be stores that rent games and they had all kinds of issues with people copying the games. Other memories about how I got games buried deep in the mist. Good times, great memories. whew
i used to want a double casette deck so badly back in the day, my friend had one so i used to get copies from him but i always wanted one for myself. Remember the loading errors sometimes. You would rewind the tape back a bit and press play again to reload that corrupt part again hopefully. lol
La giocabilità del C64 é immensa paragonata ai giochi ultramoderni e spaziali di oggi. Ancora ricordo moltissimi giochi per il C64. Cosa che non mi accade con le console di oggi.
Hello, someone can you tell me the name of the video game for commodore 64, where you used a toy car, I think white, and you had to save a female car? There was the possibility to literally build the picture of your choice, putting stairs, bridges, etc. But I do not completely remember the name. Thanks to anyone who answers me
He is playing Biathlon like I did. Full steam ahead! :D Though he can't play Ski Jump worth a damn. Just once he scored over 200 points. However, I couldn't get the hang of 10 points in Hot Dog, so he got me beat there. ;) Wonderful video! Keep it up. :)
I wishi can go back ....really ...fuck all that ps 5 s ...4 k s ....full hd ...i wish i can go back beeing 13 again an playing C64 with my dead spanish friend Heinz Josef. Damn. These was the best Times of my Life. Everday was an Adventure. Today everday is the same shit
LOL, what went wrong with the names? My brother and I played this very often! I have nice memories of this game, they all come to live again. Thanks for sharing!
I never had a clue how to REALLY pull off all those jumps. I mean who (none I know) actually bought this game with a manual? It's cool to see the proper success animations now. :)
I never really figured out how to get a good score in the figure and free skate. I could do all the moves and stick the landings without falling but I never knew what made one routine a 3.2 and another a 5.8.
To get a perfect score in the free skate you need to do the following . every single move 3 times . your take offs and landings need to be perfect. Front axle moves need to be taken off with legs apart. Backward moves like the klutz are to be done with legs together.
Some of the musical cues sound like they could have been yanked straight out of a John Carpenter film. Biathlon score - The Thing, ski jump score - Assault on Precinct 13.
