Another garage sale find. These are test films from Bill's Camera Repair, which was located at the corner of Goldfinch & University in San Diego. They date to around 1980, give or take a couple years. They made either to test movie cameras, to test projectors, or both. Scanned with a Moviestuff Retro-8. I've sped up the frame rate to 120fps, otherwise you'd be bored to tears by this footage at the regular 18fps. No post processing except for a little sharpening. Music by me (yes, it's spooky/weird on purpose- make your own movie if you want cliche music). This is an "orphan film." The identities of the filmmaker and/or people in the film are unknown. My found films are generally available for use in your video projects. For non-commercial use, I simply require a credit and a link back to the original video on my RU-vid channel. For commercial use, we can discuss an appropriate licensing fee based on your budget. In either case, please email me at phix@optigan.com with your project proposal.
