Just finished a 17 minute phone call and pending is now paid. EDD rep stated that I was on a quarterly review and after 10 minutes, she cleared and paid. Thank you Claimyr!!!
ClaimYR worked! I'm in shock. I registered at 10am and it took one hour. I received a call back that connected me to music. I stayed on "hold" for about 5 minutes then an EDD person came on and looked into the pending weeks. She said there was a "glitch" in the system that suddenly started holding PUA claims with self employment earnings declared. I've been earning income all along for months however they started holding my payments a month ago. She apologized and told me that the best times to call are Tues-Thursday at 8:04 AM. She said that although they are technically open at 8am, they don't start to pick up until 8:03-8:04. It was definitely worth the time savings for me to pay $15 and get this resolved. FYI- the EDD person asked for my address and Driver's License - not SS.
Ginny!! You are an absolute life saver and I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart for all the work you're doing to help us. I'd be lost without you. I've been stuck on pending status since 4/9 and after making hundreds of calls over the last month with no success. I took the chance on Claimyr. What I don’t understand is how this dialer can get through on only 10-20 calls but I’ll call hundreds of time, one after the other, and still not get through. I love the idea, I just don’t understand.
You are my hero with tat claimyr link! It did save me $5.00 vs going directly to it. I called at 2:30 yesterday it took 5 minutes to get to a live person, and it's such a cool system! If they transfer you to level 2 and you are hold, and you get a dead air or beep beep hang up after waiting for a while (half hour maybe or less? ) you get 2 more tries within 24 hours, via the system before you have to pay again. It sends you a text and you can choose to try again The 2nd time it happened, I had Level 1 hold for the manager with me on the line, versus being transferred, while she waited for level 2 person to get on the phone.Due to this issue and hold times, it took me until 7:30 pm with Level 2 to get a phone appt for this morning at 8:30, they called me, and after I spoke with that person, who then transferred to someone else in level 2, which was a 90 minute hold time, and that person solved the issue and I can certify for the missing weeks in 3-5 days.
I paid for and used your claimyr link. I did not receive a discount. I was disconnected and hung up on. When I finally reached a live person to find out why I did not automatically receive my PEUC extension the person I was connected with stated the EDD did not automatically file my extension and there was no reason why they should not have. She asked for my SSN, birthday and home address and then told me she could not assist me as she did not handle claims and that I needed to call the EDD 1-800 number and that the number ckaimyr used was not a number that could help with claims. The number was for general information and technical support. I feel like I have been scammed 😳
Claimyr is not a scam, but I can't say if tier 2 reps are working on the weekends with EDD. support@claimyr.com to help with the discount and you can reply to the text after the call that no you didn't connect and it will call for you tomorrow!
That's one thing I was worried about, spending the money and even getting through but the EDD does nothing on their end. Lucky I only had to use it the one time but I keep 15 in my account just in case I go back to pending.

I had been calling 100+ times a day since May 4th of this year to only speak with one Tier 1 representative (after which I was placed on hold for 3 1/2 hours until their hotline closed at 8:12 pm). Money is so tight right now that I have never used this service and have always been persistent with just calling repeatedly. I've found that the numbers with the comas put into my contacts works. I also have found that I often can get through to a specialist in the afternoons after 2 pm. I'm still waiting on my extension, but finally got the 'right' specialist on Friday who fixed the issues and said that I should at last get my extension in three to five days~~THANK GOD! What I'm finding most frustrating is that many of the specialist don't want to help, get you right off of the phone and don't do anything. I've called multiple times now with that happening and it took this woman on Friday five minutes to fix it all.... Thanks so much for always helping us! I hope that you have a wonderful Mother's Day!
update: yes i used it , and i was able to speak to the edd, now i know what is missing on my claim . THANK YOU, i do recommend this claimyr. im glad i used it
After weeks of trying to get a hold of EDD after exhausting all of my benefits for the year in April, I finally gave in and used Claimyr and got an immediate callback as soon as I bought the call. I talked to an EDD representative within 15 minutes and talked about my PEUC extension claim. He said that I should be hearing back from EDD within the next few days to see if I qualify for the extension. Honestly, it was worth the money just to talk to somebody and get the possibility that I might be retroactively receiving the money that I should've been getting a month and a half ago. This was a little win and it was because of this video and Claimyr. I'm hoping for a bigger win soon once I hear back from them. As a side note, EDD is a joke and it shouldn't be this hard to talk to a live person after we've been in this pandemic for over a year now. Thank you for providing more answers for me than any of the EDD websites and online tips from other people. You're doing great work.
Ginny, how come every edd rep I spoken to keeps telling me I can’t backdate to 3/20 I can only backdate to 12/20. I applied 12/6/20.received all payments from 12/6/20-9/4/21. I’m going to be homeless in 2 months. Help me somebody? Pls?

I just got off the phone with EDD using Claimyr. The first agent took me more than an hour to connect. After verifying my ID and identifying my pending issue, he transferred me to a specialist who I spent 1.5 hour on hold. The specialist corrected my 6-pending-week to transactions in a few minutes and said EDD should pay me within 24 hours. My issue was due to a new claim filed and no further phone calls required for my case. Thank Ginny and Claimyr!

I'm willing to pay $20 to $50 in order to have my issue with the EDD resolved. I haven't received any payments for over 2 months, now. That's thousands of dollars that I've been waiting for..

I was disqualified for the weeks of 5/15 and 5/22 and have not been contacted by the EDD in any way, email or mail about why. I don't know what to do as they do not reply to me via the site contact email and phone
The person i got from the Edd wasnt to helpful all I was told was I still needed to wait 2 weeks for my extension when I have been waiting for over a month. And I have seen some people get there reps to do it manually . You need to get lucky on who you get on the phone too
At 19:15 he says he’s trying to negotiate lower costs with Twillio. I’m a programmer and I’ve used Twillio’s API to automate making phone calls and automate sending out SMS text messages. I understand the technology being used. There are other companies who provide the same phone calling API services. Is he saying that everyone else who can provide that service is more expensive than Twillio? In other words, could he lower his costs by simply switching calling providers? (I realize this would affect his software code and it most likely would have to be rewritten).
Well his bots are creating traffic that makes the edd phone lines think theres more traffic which will make peoples call not go through. It is true it is exploiting the situation though. I created my own bot to call for myself and you can hire any nerd to write the code for around $180 lol but its legal so to each there own and dont forget the edd will continue to mess up even after they say its gonna update in 3 days, 4 days, etc so your gonna need to call multiple times before they actually do their job
@Brian OG you obviously don’t understand their bots clog the line so they get through but not normal people calling. they’re creating a market and then step in as the solution.
I have the screenshot of his Twillio account which shows one bot in total which made on average 30 calls per customer dialing once at a time on one of their busiest day. Of you have different data that shows this particular company placing more calls than this, I would be happy to take a look.
I think Claimyr should expand to BayAreaFasTrak and DMV, plus other govt. agencies we need to reach during Covid. Sell package deals. Robocall, enter each agency and set a date and timeframe for it to call each one, individually. I'd buy it.
If anything this company is helpful not predatory it’s so fuckin sad that People have to rely on a 3rd party software to even get help that’s ridiculous not to mention EDD doesn’t even help you with your issue they just pass the shit along
i did this .. it worked.. but i have been on hold with EDD for almost 2 hours.. i had to plug my phone in.. what happens if i don't get through to a real person.. this is crazy.. how can they keep you on hold for 2 hours.. i will let you know.. if it works.. it will be the best 14.99 i have spent.. still waiting..

It works I got big time problems resolved so anyone out there should use it I recommend it if your trying to call the EDD And you don't use them I feel sorry for you.... Because you will never get through
However, I tried (one last time) this morning (Saturday) and got through, was on hold for 20 minutes and got a Tier 2 on the first pickup who fixed everything within 35 minutes. Good luck to everyone else, don’t give up!
I still think these type of services are jamming the lines. Even if his service isn't using bots, other services are. All the paid services together are making it impossible for regular folks to get through. I definitely notice a difference. I use to be able to get thru using the tricks and now the tricks no longer work.
Same here... its no longer possible to get through ...bots have jammed the lines... but will say that claimyr did work almost instantly... im on hold now for tier 2 to resolve my issues... which. for better or worse... is more important for me
BEWARE if you use a flip fone, ,you will be forced to pay claimyr 20 bucks over and over and over... you WILL be disconnected or hung up on repeatedly, ive paid 80 bucks just today for redialing, so far... and at least 80 bucks yesterday...hung up on repeatedly or disconnected... a flip fone will not work for claimyr to redial you for free... I hope there is a class action lawsuit against these extortionist companies

I was skeptical at first, but I have no problem recommending it to family and friends after using the service. Just paid at 3PM and they said I’m estimated to get a call in 1-2 hours. Which is a bummer because I’m worried they’ll close by the time they call and I have to hold and stuff. I should’ve waited until tomorrow. I thought it’d be faster based on the comments here. Edit: They called in 30 mins. I’m on hold now waiting for a rep. Will update again soon.
@legend I address this in this video. This specific service is not doing that and I show their data which proves that. If you have other proof for that on this specific company is love to see it, but their dashboard Twillio stats here are pretty clear.
Just want to give heads up! I was in pending, called Wednesday and I was told was on schedule for a phone interview end of June till then my payment wasn’t available, but I wasn’t sure about the information this guy gave me, I called I gain today and none of I was told in Wednesday was true! My pending payment was paid on the spot and I was told the only reason it was on pending bc I choose Yes on questing # 2 and it should be NO. Pls double check the info is given to you bc you might find first call give you wrong info!
I've been trying to get in contact with EDD for a month now, and I would call every day, but I could never get through. I felt like this was a scam but I said screw it. In the first minute, I get a call back that I'm on hold. 10 minutes later, I talk to a representative and tells me that my account is blocked and transfers me to another specialist. Then 40 minutes pass and I get disconnected. I've been up early waiting for today's call because of the 24hr call system they have, but they transferred me again now I've been waiting to talk to someone for over 2 hours. Crossing my finger this gets resolved! I'll give an update if I'm able to get through the second specialist.
Thank you Ginny! I used Claimyr yesterday after more than 200 phone calls and 5 emails to EDD over the last month. I was never able to get through no matter what time or day I called. I was disconnected once after a rep put me on hold to look into the issue and had to start over but it was well worth it. The second call through Claimyr got me connected to a Tier 2 rep who fixed the issue and got my 7 weeks of pay paid out less than 24 hours later. My claim has been pending since 03/28 with no information given online as to why. Total time on the phone with EDD was 9 hours but I got it resolved. It was the best $14.99 I’ve ever spent. It’s unacceptable that we would need to pay a service to speak with the EDD but greatly appreciate your advice being that I was not the only one having this issue. Thank you again!!
The EDD should refund you that money you paid. Glad you got through. But I want a business like ClaimYr gone. What about those millions of people out there without access to $14.99? Why arr they suffering longer at no fault of there own. #NoFastPassEDD
All I can say is I am grateful I have the 19.99 to get thru, we will see how it goes. But what about for the people who don’t even have the 19.99 to spend ?! 💔

I've used Claimyr just today after trying so many times to get threw and yes I'm happy with there service I got threw easy and was able to fix my issues and everything is good now! But now I'm a little worried and may be over thinking 🤔 so many people are getting there money stolen from BOA and no body knows who's doing it and I hate to think wrong but either the bank knows something or can it be them keeping our info and possibly responsible for the money that people are getting taken out of there accounts! I apologize if I'm wrong but can you blame me for it

I was hesitant to use this link until I saw your video. I called around 200 times in just 3 days I could never get through. In just 30 minutes I was able to get through and my pending payment went to paid after the phone call. I'm so happy.

7/1/2021. MY CALL WAS DROPPED after some guy took ALL my info, then said: This case may be out of my jurisdiction. Then he put me on hold for another 30 minutes...Then my call was dropped. I am waiting for the 2nd call.
Its definitely not a scam, I used it with damn near my last 15 bucks and got paid the next day. Yes they are capitalizing off of us desperate people and a bad system but if you don't like that than don't use it. I 100% believe that's a big part of why the lines a jammed so bad, but if you can't beat em join em.
Hi, my question is. Im going to do this for my mom but I need someone fromm edd that speaks spanish. If I pay for your service will you have someone in spanish for my mom to talk to and finally fix her problem that has been going on for months.
To me this service is worth it for all the stress of calling and getting nowhere with EDD. I've been pending since March and to have to pay a small fee for a resolution is $15 well spent.

I press #2 Spanish after been disconnected 3-times. I switch to English. Then at 8:15 am Secces. 1: EDD released my pending claim. 2: I ask about certification ( Then I was informed to Reapply File New Claim) Customer Service Fail. Thanks Ginny. 😎🤑
Absolute predator. Why? Because multiple calls are needed to resolve so he’s willing and feeling great jamming up the lines, and taking hundreds of dollars from already destitute people. Reporting their company to federal government and EDD

Thanks Ginny! I helped my family member get a new claim and used Claimyr. Even though they say 24 hours, let's say they hang up on you several times (happened to my family over the weekend THREE times after being put on hold for 2-3 hours each time), if you reply yes to the most recent one, it's extended. So was able to use it on a Monday for a call initially made on Saturday afternoon. On a different note, not sure if this is public knowledge but the Tier 2 specialist who we spoke to said that not only are they slammed with thousands of calls, they had to take a PAY CUT and work AN EXTRA DAY. So even though everybody is upset at the EDD workers, they're having just as tough a time. The ppl in charge screwed everybody up
It works, but the company taps the line and steals your info. The first time I called I kept hearing buttons being pressed. Which was very strange. Then I downloaded an app which says if the line has another caller and it did. Several people have reported this
@@ginnysilver look up their business address please. Why would you think they would tell you “yes we record our calls” they obviously won’t. I mean Jeaz even Facebook denied having people info and it’s been proven time and time again. Please look up claimyr business address
I show their business address on screen in this video and cover that. Sounds like you didn't watch this video since I thoroughly cover that - MANY small businesses start and operate at home addresses, this is completely common.
NEED HELP!!!! I got my 29 weeks and I got a little over 7000. 2 weeks later I certified and I was paid the first 2 weeks of the 29 weeks I got. The next day my benefit year ended so the next day after that I called to file a new claim and the guy helped me file and said at the end I don’t qualify for a new claim cuz I didn’t work for the pass year but that I will continue on the 29 week extension. 4 days later which is today I got a letter in the mail saying my maximum benefit amount is around 3000 and I will be receiving 263 a week instead of my usual 254 but they took out over 3000 from my maximum benefits that I got originally . But on my EDD online it still says my max benefit is over 6000. Will that change to around 3000 when I certify again in a week or is that letter wrong????? WTF IS GOIN ON . did they take away half my benefits or is the letter wrong????
I’m in the phone now with Edd. The service called me within 2 min and the call was answered by 5 min l. But the rep in silence and all she said is “ you calling edd we’ll be right with you” n it’s been 15 if that. Mayb she’s eating lol

I signed up & paid Claimyr this morning, Saturday 6/12 at 10 AM to reach EDD. It is now 5:30 PM and have had no response. Does this mean that if by 8 PM I have not received a call, do they start trying again tomorrow morning until a connection is made???? If anyone has an answer to this, PLEASE RESPOND! And/or, if there is no communication or notification within 48 hours, how can I receive a refund? Thank You!

I just used Claimyr and it totally works! At 7:20am I put in my phone number and paid the $15 (thanks Ginny!) and I immediately received a confirmation text. Then at 9:15am I got the call and heard "hold music" - success!! I was on hold for maybe 10 minutes before the customer representative came on the line. The total length of my call was about 40 minutes but it was totally worth it! I already see changes on UI Online profile. I totally understand everyones situation is unique and different but if you can use this service!
