@@Key-Key444 For one, again, you're ignoring how other Californians' taxes are being used for the fund - one could that isn't such a big deal if this were the Cali of before, but nowadays a lot of people are struggling in Cali and if their taxes are hiked for this stuff I doubt they'll be appreciative of it. Second, a one time payment isn't going to fix zoning practices, crime waves, lack of education, familial issues, the prison system, the housing crisis, etc etc. None of these will be fixed by these reps. Instead, these reps will be one time programs made to assuange guilt that will only work to increase loathing between the Californians who benefit from it and those who have to pay for it. I'd have to know the specifics of it, but the only rational bill here is the last one about recompensatint public domain - it is actually practical, has actual substantive benefit, and isn't going to hurt half of the other Californians. The first two are dumb.
