Cabbage, carrot and eggs are better than meat! Simple and delicious breakfast recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Chop ½ onion
Pour olive oil into the pan
Add chopped onion to the pan
Cook for about 1 minute on medium heat
Grate 1 carrot into thin strips
Add to the pan
Cook for about 2 minutes
Chop ¼ cabbage into thin strips
Add to the pan
Cook for about 3 minutes
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Add ½tsp oregano
Add 1tsp paprika
Add ½tsp garlic powder
Cook for about 1 minute
Place to a big bowl
Crack 3 eggs into a small bowl
Add salt to taste
Mix well
Pour the egg mixture into the cooked vegetables
Mix well
Olive oil or butter
Cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat
After 5 minutes
Flip over
Add a bit of olive oil
Sprinkle 80g shredded cheese
Cook for another 3-5 minutes on medium low heat
Done!
