✅ Ingredients:
1 onion
olive oil
1/2 carrot
Peking cabbage
3 eggs
Salt
black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
✅ Recipe:
Chop 1 onion
Add olive oil to a frying pan.
Add the chopped onion to the pan.
Fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Grate 1/2 of the carrots with a grater.
Add to the pan
Cook for about 2 minutes.
Cut the Peking cabbage into thin strips.
Add to the pan
Cook, stirring, about 3 minutes
Crack 3 eggs into a small bowl and season with salt.
Mix well
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Add 1 teaspoon paprika
Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
Mix well
Cook for about 1 minute.
Place in a large bowl
Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables.
Mix well
olive oil
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat with the lid closed.
Turn around
Cook over medium heat for another 3-5 minutes.
