For Preparing Kofta
1. Cabbage ‐ 350g
2. Ginger Paste - 1tsp
3. Chilli Powder - ½tsp
4. Garam Masala powder ‐ ½tsp
5. Chopped Green Chilli - 1 to 2 (according to taste)
6. Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp
7. Coriander & Cumin Powder - ½tsp
8. Sugar - ½tsp
9. Turmeric powder - ¼tsp
10. Gram Flour (as per requirement)
11. Salt to taste
12. Vegetable oil (for frying)
For Preparing the curry:
1. Medium size tomato - 1no.
2. Coriander powder - 1tsp
3. Cumin powder - 1tsp
4. Ginger Paste - 1.5 tbsp
5. Bay leaves - 2no.
6. Cinnamon sticks - 1no.
7. Cardamom - 4no.
8. Cloves - 4no
9. Dried Red chilli - 2no
10. Whole cumin - ½tsp
11. Plain yogurt - 4 tbsp
12. Sugar - 1tsp (According to taste)
13. Turmeric powder - ½tsp
14. Chilli Powder - 1tsp
15. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - ½tsp (Optional)
16. Ghee - 1tbsp (total)
17. Garam Masala Powder - ½tsp
18. Cashew - 10 to 12
19. Salt to taste
20. Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
21. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 to 2 tbsp (optional)
