Tomato - 4 to 5 (200-250 grams)
Ginger - 1 inch long baton
Green chilly - 1
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste
Garam masala - less than ¼ tsp
