1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 small cabbage
1 serrano chile or jalapeño
14.5 oz / 411g chopped tomatoes with juice
6 eggs
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
Salt, Pepper to taste
