Nice video...in 15 years we have to swallow the deodorant, USB cables and other small stuff and hope we´ll be able do deliver it on the hotel bathroom 12 hours later. Bag allowance always getting smaller
@@nooooheyyy we used to get random seat allocation together on the same booking, now we dont. We used to pay low season very cheap flights with Cabin Size luggage included. Now we dont. Green tax is coming in the form of CO2 offset , already available on flight websites to buy, and CO2 data provided on every flight,.... which means it will become compolsury as well. But we have people that forget the level of service they used to get and actually support the airlines!!!! Is idiotic to think you can fly high season with Ryanair for less than £250. I used to go high season with BA with food and everything included with £250 in high season if i booked at the right time. People have short memory
Who cares wear same clothes for a week except undergarments and you're gonna do great either way. You're flying for vacation you don't have to smell good or be elegant
A tip: take one battery out of the shaver & put it loose in the shaver case. We dropped a bag in CDG airport. The shaver inside started buzzing! Had to unpack it & explain it.
I always go with my backpack but it's larger especially when I pack it with way more stuff. I've never had it tested and it still fits under the seat each time. Untill now when I flew out of Morocco. To Morocco no problem but at Marrakesh airport they wanted me to put it in the small compartment to test it and it wouldn't fit but after I took out some stuff and filled my pockets I manage to cram it in and it was fine. Of course later I packed all the stuff back in for the flight and still went under the seat.
bro i have the bag but its bit bigger then this which is showed in the video, so can i carry it along me? or they will force me to put it in the check box????@@ebermtheburn
We did the same by purchasing the exact cabin bags from Amazon. 7 night stay, booked via Wizzair. Had to also pack obviously bras, evening wear to get into places with dress codes, heatless curlers, toiletries like you did at the top….and as flight food is rubbish, had plenty of room to pack snacks. Where he put his flip flops, I put my passport and charging cables, power bank- deters theft/ pickpockets?
How strict is Ryan air with carry on package ? I didn't purchase any extra baggage , planning to manage with backpack only since buying even the wizz air priority is same cost as return flight
Just sent this video to my work Colleague he’s only going for a few days to coast and was going to buy a case to take on train with him when he goes told him I took it. When I went to London and York for my stuff whilst the Mrs took cases for hers and kids stuff mine went in here loads better and followed your video for saving space and rolling clothes up
Well, the laptop can be placed where the flip-flops is, and put the flip-flops in the main compartment. And I'm also put the bag with the shoes on the bottom and the clothes at the top, assuming the bag with the shoes are heavier therefore I want it as low as possible. Other than that, I might only bring one extra pants rather than three, and replace the other two with a pair of shorts, maybe two. Or just bring two T-shirts, one long pants and one short pants, and fill the space with some snacks.
That was fantastic. I've love to see you do a video packing 2 weeks worth! I'm doing exactly that myself next week. I wont be taking extra shoes but I will need 2 weeks of mainly clean clothes and a laptop. I will be packing shorts instead of jeans (although I will be wearing full length combat trousers, with extra pockets for the phone, power bank and maybe some extra socks. I just about managed to do this last time and it was fun giving it a go
Hi! I love this video as it has great tips! Saved! I was wondering if I could bring my Farpoint 40 but I think it may be too big so I will just learn how to package better :D Awesome!
I travel with backpack with Wizzair and Ryanair and never had my backpack weighted .... it is also bigger in all dimensions by 2-3 cm (which isn't noticeable, but made it perfect size for all my stuff). The clue is to not look like it is big and heavy - I am tall and definitely not skinny, so my backpack looks smaller in comparison, if you are petit it is bigger chance that you will be checked
@@LeviM._916Was pretty, done two trips now with just a underseat bag. Only issue I had was no room in the bag for anything at all that you may buy when away.
Why not use the dedicated Notebook compartment for you notebook instead of the shoes? I like how you use the shoes ;) but I don't like the rolling and the plastic bag solution. I use (expensive) packing solutions and think they are way more practical.
well, most of us who fly free bag economy with ryanair don't exactly have the budget for packing solutions 😂 like I'd love to buy them but if i could I wouldn't have this problem in the first place lol
38L, Hynes Eagle 50x33x20 28L, Cabin Zero 40x30x20 Have the following backpack bags. If I bring the 38 litre bag, and not pack it full would Ryan consider that a personal bag? Or would I be flagged and have to pay extra and it be treated as a cabin bag?
Hi, yes you can, and disposable plastic razors as well, but you can't bring a safety razor (the old-school ones with the exposed blade that you can easily remove).
It fits the under-seat size requirements for Ryanair and Wizzair, which is why it's perfect for travel. I've been using this bag for over four years, and it's still going strong! 🙌💪
Hi, yes, because one of the dimensions is smaller than the one for Wizz Air. I was thinking of getting a 40x30x20 bag for Wizz, but then it probably wouldn't fit the Ryanair compartment.
I purchased the 10kg check in bag, but my suitcase is 27 cm instead of 20, although the hight is still 55 and less than 40 cm large. Do you think it will be a problem? It’s not cabin bag. Thank you!
Sorry for the delayed update: I chose to not risk it and went with a smaller bag, but I overpassed the weight and they didn’t care since it wasn’t going to the plane with me. I think they care more if it passes the 20kg and not the 10kg. I did this like 5 times and the baggage got always accepted, but if the check in is automatic then the machine will be precise and won’t let the baggage be accepted. So I’m thinking That since they don’t care about the weight when it’s not going to the cabin, they won’t care about the size as well. They are more strict when it’s going to the plane cabin! 😊
I have the exact same and although I love the space, I would not say it's durable at all... The weight of packed luggage might break the seams and straps easily. I love this backpack for minimalist travel but I wish they would have put more effort into making the bag more sturdy and durable!
I have been able to travel 4 days (Depart+Day 1+Day 2+ Return) to Luxembourg in March with the Cabin Max Metz (very similar rucksack) and northern Poland six days in September (it was veey warm I have to admit). My problem is I risk with the shoes, but if I can see the weather is wet I bring show dryers with me.
Wear the bulky warm clothes to save space in your bag :)) did this for our 5 day trip to Stockholm in November. You overheat for a bit at the gate but once you get through you can take it all off. Only had one spare sweater in the backpack
Hi, I booked all my flight with Wizzair for next month and bought a small handbag but it measures 3cm longer on width but is 5cm shorter height. Do you think this will be a problem? Cant find the answer anywhere
