Is there property that is end of road, aprox 50 acre with full-time river, beautiful views, no easements or public Access of others, maybe on a lake and close to a small town? Also something very important is that there is decent snow in Dec. So I can have people there for a winter XMas? Is that in NC? B
Your not going to have the snow for Christmas every year. You may get a white Christmas every 10-15 years at best. This area will have snow in the winter but she can’t promise you a white Christmas every year. I lived in Colorado for many years also and some years we’d have a foot of snow on Halloween day so the kids would be tromping thru knee deep snow to trick or treat but then it would be gone and we’d have a brown Christmas. If you want a white Christmas then keep looking in Colorado above 7,000 feet, then your bout guaranteed a white Christmas every year
