I've never been there but have been many other places in Baja and Mexico, so I feel like I'm just going to stay on the ship and enjoy it (almost) by myself. We were supposed to do the electric bike desert and beach excursion. But it got canceled and I would highly recommend doing that if you can. Cabo is definitely a beautiful place. That’s how we ended up getting stuck at this place. It was awful for the Money.
I’ve been to Cabo numerous times & have had a great time both on my own & on excursions, so sorry your experience was disappointing, it really is a beautiful port.
Great information and I truly hope others listen to your advice. We did not do this excursion because we saw your live feed when you guys were there and even then you didn’t seem to excited. Our day in Cabo was short. We arrived at 6:30 am, off the ship by 7:30 am and the last tender to the ship was at 1:30 pm and sailed away at 2 pm. So imagine those poor souls who bought this excursion. How disappointing. Thanks for the great vlog. Warm regards have a fabulous Sunday.
The first time we went to Cabo we took a water taxi to Medano Beach ($4 each round trip) and hung out at Billigans all afternoon and had a great time. The second trip there we just went into the port and walked around a bit then had lunch at Senor Frogs. We did a resort for a day at Puerto Vallarta and had an amazing time! It was a Carnival excursion at $100 pp and worth every cent. The resort was Secrets and it was right on the beach. We had food and drink service right on the beach and at the pool with a swim up bar. The service there was impeccable! I can't say enough good about it. So disappointing that your deal at the one in Cabo was a flop. Did Carnival even offer a partial refund? You didn't mention the name of the resort in Cabo, or maybe I missed it.
The description for this says… “Buffet-style lunch and two drinks are included. Please note that there are no private beaches in Mexico and that the resort has its own guests, we do not want to mislead guests to think the resort and beaches are exclusive for them.” I wonder if this has been updated since you all went and more people are showing concern.
After we returned, we went to the excursion desk and let them know about our concerns we had during the excursion that day. We talked to a few people in our tour who also had the same experience we had. Hopefully, now they updated the details, people will know what to expect. Thank you for watching
How disappointing 🙁 we decided not to do an excursion in Cabo and walked to a public beach instead. Then settled for some souvenirs and a churro and went back to the ship.
We got off the water shuttle, and found a glass bottomed boat for $20/each and took it out to the sea and arch. Also saw fat seals, pelicans, finally found Senor' Frogs and sat down got a menu, but then no one came, so after 20 minutes we left and went back to the ship for lunch. Had to be back by the last shuttle at 1:30 p.m. Food on the ship is great and ice cream 24/7.

We reported it to the excursion desk and they never did anything about it. That’s why we wanted to remind all our high seas friends not to book this excursion it’s a waste of your money. Thank you for watching 🤗
