We stayed at the palace in Cabo, November 2022 . What a wonderful hotel , rooms , food , pools , beverages everything was Great !

Imaginar estar en esa playa, exactamente la misma playa del mismo hotel donde falleció mi hermano el 18 de agosto del 2020. Eric Rasgado Bonilla de 33 años, guardavidas de origen chiapaneco, quien se ahogó en las olas del agitado mar por el huracán Genevieve al intentar rescatan a una turista de 15 años de edad. La gerencia ni los pésames dio, el traslado del cuerpo de mi hermano lo pagamos nosotros. Dos meses después fuimos por algunas pertenencias de Eric y por documentos al MP, lo que implicó un gasto enorme (Chiapas-Baja California, un tramo largo y nada barato). El hotel se lavó las manos con el seguro de cuenta colectiva del banco que les da a sus trabajadores de confianza por 100mil pesos y dejenle de contar, eso 100 mil pesos valía la vida de mi hermano, sin indemnización y que tenía un préstamo con el hotel y por eso no le tocaba ni liquidación ni indemnización. Seguro que a casi un año no se puede cobrar porque faltan documentos que en Recursos "Humanos" no entregan un documento que se solicitó. Así que hacer turismo implica hacer conciencia social y mientras el turista disfruta de su estancia placentera, cientos de personas son victimas de abusos laborales y pierden la vida por salarios pauperrimos. ¡QUÉ HORROR QUE LE HAGAN PUBLICIDAD A UN HOTEL COMO ESTE! SIGAN DISFRUTANDO DE SUS VACACIONES DE SANGRE Y EXPLOTACIÓN LABORAL.
