My uncle told me 40 years ago " why pay someone else for a job you can do yourself? " and that has been my motto ever since. Saved me a bunch of scratch and even learned something. Really great job Chad! Upwards and inwards.
Big numbers to you from the UK 🇬🇧 Chad for taking that on 🙏Serious enough over a workshop pit! Did a clutch on a wagon on the side of the road in France 🇫🇷 on my way back to UK from Switzerland 🇨🇭back in the 80s, and that was with our qualified mechanic who my Boss flew out from England to do the job as quicker and cheaper than getting French to do it, with me handing him spanners and holding things in place, and making the drinks, I learnt a lot that day 👍
Great video Brother Chad, you dud some good hard one on one work my friend. Great content. '''AN"T NOTHING TO BUT TO DO IT. Nice video footage clean and clear recording. ''' TWO THUMBS UP''. Stay safe and blessed. You are the Man. Peace-Out.
Happy to see you got it done!!! One call did it all 😂😂!!! Seriously you have done a fantastic job especially by yourself it’s a great accomplishment!!!!
Great job, and it's a great feeling of accomplishment when you get in and drive it down the road! Changed a few myself, but always had helpers, by myself like you did, now that's an accomplishment! It's not a fun job, but hats off to you man, great job!
Also you should install the clutch with the adjustment facing the ground that way when u kill the engine the adjustment usually faces down. Just helpful things. You done awesome
I wanted to comment and tell you how to do it and what looked wrong, but I held off cuz I knew you were going to get her done . They just need to go straight in . And doing it alone just plane sucks . Great job .
Awesome Awesome video buddy looks like that was a very difficult job it was great watching but properly not so great for you I guess. Your videos are extremely great keep up your great work my friend and stay safe 👍
Good on you for doing it....done many a clutch on a concrete floor....and on my own as well.....mind you that was 25 years ago...not sure I'd do it now though...
Great video Chad glad to see you getting the clutch replaced in the Blue truck. Yep it's been fun But you got it done. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Chad and Kim.
When it’s suck, pry it into a gear and turn the yoke back -n-forth while you push. I’m sure you got it by the time we see this of course.. you boys should take notes from this fella ol-son
Well I would help you out but I would NEVER tolerate ANYONE calling me a dumbshit gopher. I was trucking with my grandpa and working on trucks before you were even born.😊
Well I never asked you so I guess you don’t have to worry about it 😂 and I didn’t mean it like that I guess you just took it personal. I like to work alone because so nobody gets in my way but if you’ve ever done a clutch before alone than you know the tedious stuff that needs to be done by a gopher that stays out of the way if you know what I mean 😉
