I like how they didn't even mention that the pride flag was blocking a Cuban flag. Having a different personality or gender does not give you permission to think your better than everyone its disrespectful for the Cuban people to see their flag blocked by a flag that reperents personality and not even a country. Im Cuban and it was really disrespectful to see our flag cover by another by the pride flag and I’m thankful with that kid for taking it down and showing real respect 🫡 because no flag of any country should be cover like that so thank you

I'm against homophobia but I agree with you. If they're gonna display a pride flag, I have no problem with that. Heck, I would do that myself but never would I cover up a country's flag like that. It's seen as disrespectful.

I believe that if the pride flag is allowed to fly to make people of the lgbt community safe then the Cuban flag should be allowed to as well because it allows Cuban kids to feel welcomed
This happened at my high school after I graduated. I personally know the kid who cut the flag down. The Sheriff's Office had to watch his home for a few days because both him and his family were receiving so many death threats. It was wild.

Our Highschool had a uh had a pride flag and they always stored it in the gyms storage room, what I did was take the flag out throw it out the window, and after I took it and ran to the edge of the highschools fence and through it over.
