Caco’s first time to try Buko Pie with the 2022 Suzuki Dzire - Behind the Wheel Special Review

Caco, not having tried Buko Pie? Ever? What a wild timeline! ROAD TRIP FOR CACO'S BEST BUKO PIE AUTODEAL!

I had my Dzire from 2018 and was always amaze on how this small car, was so good in interior space as it is. I even took it in a long 1400Kms round trip, which is obviously not the focus of a city car, but even in such a long trip, all four (3 adults, one child and the dog) did not got tired, the seats are really good. Considering that my son and I are 1,80 Mts tall, this is a great testimony of how confortable the car is. A week ago I change it for a brand new GAC GS4 AT only because I needed a car with a lot of boot space and hatchback. Also the fuel economy of the Dzire is quite impressive, I will miss that a lot, it took me almost double of my money to fill the GAC and I know the fuel economy is a lot higher in SUV's, but as I don't use the car frequently, that is something I'll have to live with. By the way, I like how you present the cars, not boring as others in youtube, keep doing such a great job.

Now I want to have some of that buko pie too!! As for the car tho, Suzuki is really good for giving their cars a good amount of space which is also present on their MPVs. The Rear AC vents just completes the Dzire..

I have the manual transmission GL. its been 3 years and I've managed to clock almost 80,000 kms in the odometer. still runs smooth and very fuel efficient. easy to maintain and could go fast when needed. the only downside is that most autoshop don't have suzuki parts on hand. you have to order it.

Now this is my kind of car review content. Entertaining and informative hahaha

2019 when I was checking for a daily car and I saw the dzire from the showroom and I was amazed by the space of the interiors. Hindi nga ako nagsisi ng kinuha ko. Last October I drove my Dzire to Alaminos, Pangasinan from Imus, Cavite for only 4 bars deducted from my gauge. Estimated at around less than a thousand pesos of gas.

I love the innocence on buko pie. that first bite that is heaven. try the buko and pineapple. i think it is called tropical. this is the same road going to Rowenas famous for their apple tart. Forgot that this channel is for the motorheads.

@4:00 you are on the right place! You are in bucal bypass road. That road is a shortcut and will avoid crossing, calamba where SM is located. You’ve avoided a heavy traffic.

I knew I made the right choice to buy one last June. Super tipid sa gas and I swear the AGS is very helpful especially when going uphill or a trip to tagaytay.

Thats the best tasting buko pie in the world... good timing that u got 70 pcs bcoz its always sold out fast... its always traffic in that area bcoz of that buko pie...

Hi sir, i am planning to buy a Suzuki Dzire and planning to go to Santiago Isabela, and im quite nervous because of the Sta. Fe Nueva Vizcaya Road which is too steep, im just asking what am i to do with the AGS? Could you please make a road test going to a steep road like Sta.Fe Nueva Viscaya Road or to the Tagaytay via Talisay Batangas Road, using the Suzuki Dzire? Thank u so much

Only struggle ko lang is how slow the acceleration of this car is on a highway and how the auto gear shift struggles a lot on steep roads (best to switch to manual mode dito). Andami ring jerking pag nasa gears 1 to 2 so medyo tiring gamitin sa heavy traffic. But everything compensates sa fuel efficiency neto and how you don't need to upgrade much kasi kumpleto na siya sa features (mags, fog lamps, gps, entertainment system, etc.).

Seeing elbi again, nakakamiss! Whenever I travel back home from college I always bring home buko pie as paaslubong. Kahit sa bus otw home I eat mini buko pies na nilalako hahaha. I know this has been a debate for people who live in elbi, but I actually prefer Lety's buko pie over the original's!

Been a member of the FB group for DZire owners, primary issue of this car is the AGS transmission that seems to wear down right around when your warranty is out. Plus there's this issue that dealerships don't want to replace just the O rings, rubber gaskets and seals, rather some (but not all) even want to go as far as replacing the whole AGS assembly, one user who encountered this had to go out of his way as to get the seals fabricated and the AGS fluid replaced coz his casa don't want to service him just by replacing the rubber gaskets. This was the deal breaker for me, hence I went with another brand that offers multi year, multi category warranty and, my chose brand does deliver. If only Suzuki dealerships improved on after sales services and not rip off the people. I'd definitely choose this one. But they didn't. So no harm no foul.

For anyone planning to buy the dzire, its a great car. Nadrive ko from qc to virac catanduanes(6 kami sa kotse, 4 adults 2 kids, and tons of luggage in the trunk). Matipid sa gas super, pag inclined roads much better na magmanual mode ka kase rinig na rinig mo yung engine noise if you're the driver. Sulit for the price yan.

The original recipe of the Orient Buko Pie has already been watered down, to some extent. Namatay na rin kasi ang mga original bakers. LETY's is now considered a close (and from my end, better) alternative, kaya lang, laging mabilis maubos ang mga pies nila kasi sa dami rin ng bumibili sa Lety's. Dito sa Tagaytay, either Cecilia's or Florante's masarap din grabe!

Just want to say eating Durian is incomparable to eating a Buko Pie. The former is in Davao, the latter is just a few province away, Laguna. You should do more videos like this.
