In the new advert, the Phil Collins track 'In the Air Tonight' is thrown out in favour of Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now', while the gorilla also gets the chop, and is replaced by airport trucks.
The advert, a minute and a half long, shows 'pimped up' airport trucks racing down a runway at dusk under a purple sky, Dairy Milk's trademark colour.
The advert was first aired at 9.15pm during CSI : New York on Five.

You shouldn't be asking what it has to do with chocolate. You should be asking what it has to do with Cadbury as a brand, if you can't see that, then welcome to being a consumer. Outstanding commercial.

It's all about actually advertising,nowadays people don't listen or watch adverts, but with Dairy Milk they cleverly get adverts loved by many people involved.The gorilla - huge hit,Dairy milk was mentioned everywhere on the radio etc when playing the song - big bonus for the company certainly.Advertising is a clever thing, saying 'oohhh yes' I guarantee everyone will say it's the churchill dog - having things that get stuck in peoples head such as songs that halifax use - thats true advertising

actually it is a good advert which goes to show what people like house case know about "marketing". So just for you... the people are having a good time and being "joyful" and the dairy milk slogan " a glass and a half full of joy" makes sense if you ask me

I love this advert, because it just made me smile. There wasn't a hidden motive to it, just makes you smile. I'd imagine the main reason being, with all this talk about 'junk food' 'obbese children' and all this health food and being told what's good for us and what's not there isn't a lot you can say in an advert for chocolate, so why not just make people smile?!?!?! :)

I hate Queen but their music compliments this brilliantly. Theres somthing about this advert I love, its really uplifting. However I still forget what its advertising until the end.

It doesn't have to be related to cadburys chocolate due to themassive successful branding they hav for there chocolate. So therefore the advertising idea is to create and advert which could be classed as amazing, amazing like there chocolate. Moreover, everytime you see something a little bit wierd and arty like this advert, the audience might assume and link it to cadburys, even if it isn't a cadburys advert. So I hope this answers anyones question such as "what has it got to do with cadburys?"

United Kingdom. It's basically where they do an "Advert full of joy" like they have chocolate "Full of joy". They do some of the weirdest on TV now and I gotta say, it's better to watch these than the usual nonsense.
