I think like others. The first half of the movie is normal. But I was like ok. But once you realize what is happening and especially the last quarter of the movie…was really amazing. Loved it. I’ll give it an 8.5/10

Haha that's what I thought when I watched it too. My wife isn't a big movie person, I got her to watch and of course I gave it another watch with her. She really liked it, after the movie we got caught up in all the different paradoxes involved, it was great.

Chris, well done. You save me SO MUCH TIME on not wasting time on bad movies. I esp. love your point of view. Character, character, and character. I'm watching a series on Netflix called Penelope. I admit, the stunning scenery (filmed right in Seattle's national park) is some of the best cinematography I have seen in a while. But the main character (16) just - wants to - ah - do this? Leave her home? Steal her mom's gift card to buy camping equipment and then adventure out - because???? So, it just confuses me but I'm so sucked into the drama of her surviving in the forest - but have no clue why she's doing this. GRRR. Writing!

Hahaha, I feel you! I sometimes get sucked into stories even when they're written poorly... especially if I begin to connect with the character (which can point to good writing there).

This is proof here I no longer consume trailers and preview commentary about any upcoming movies and shows. Those scenes in the grocery store and the print shop gave me sixth sense chills and gasps.

4:39 "The largest drawback is the lack of originality" -> Right.. I'll take anything over a decade of "Marvel" superhero movie oversaturation. About time something interesting came along. Don't get me wrong, the Avengers saga was great for a change.. but it went downhill from that point.. as if that type of movie became the sole focus point of cinema. There is such a thing as too much. I began to miss other type of movies. I'll be checking this one out when it releases. couple of days to go.

The most twisty movie I never saw but loved was the Tall Man the 1st time watching it don't try to figure just go with the story because it's going to go in so many different directions but Highly recommended it and another swamp movie that's good is where the crawdad's sing good movie 👍

We've got Three Musketeers in the US... not a fan. I've tried Bounty, Oh Henry, and Mars bars... Are the smarties those little sugar disc things? If so, I've had them a bunch, but not a fave. Coffee Crisp and Aero sound intriguing, I'll have to look for them. Thanks!!
