Even though Nintendo themselves specifically stated that this is the first in a series to focus on games from Nintendo’s parters, some not-so-bright people set up unrealistic expectations for what will be revealed, and are now mad that the actual contents can’t meet their impossible expectations.
They're really toxic right now, they're also disliking the SMT announcements. I mean come on, Cadence and SMT are good games, if you didn't like the direct go dislike that but not these ones.
15 bucks is fair i had a blast with original game and its free DLC for so many hours i'm sure DLC will be just as good gotta give them some credit and u get all 3 for 15 bucks its a ripoff to buy individually. This is one of those games you can replay over and over and the new characters will suppository have gameplay mechanic changes so that will be cool.
Eugenio Leanza idk I guess it’s cool to colect them. I don’t have much of a preference, either one works for me, I’m just buying physical because it comes with the dlc, but if I can’t find it I’ll just buy digital
@@eugenioleanza9190 I like to have a physical collection because it won't take up as much space on my Switch. Plus Nintendo games typically hold their value well if I need or want to sell it. It's really just Nintendo games that I like to collect.
I was waiting for this upload so i can like this individually. i have zero cares for the other announcements but this gives me a reason to play the game again.

@@operaface8119 She's the last of the story characters and she's extremely difficult. She dies in one hit, can only use the weakest dagger in the game, and she dies if you miss a beat. Also she goes through the story backwards. She's easier in this game at least because of the save points.
I think it was a good mini direct. I can understand being a but disappointed after no games for so long but I’m glad for the people who’s gonna enjoy this and the other games!
I knew something was up!! I was wondering why Aria was in the Credits. At first I thought she was some secret easter egg, but this explains her appearance with a voice actor tied to the character
Ill say that this is one thing from the direct that really surprised me and excited me. I don’t know much about the other games, but this is at least a really exciting reveal for me
When you're hit with the soul crushing realisation that they didn't make Ganondorf playable in Cadence of Hyrule, but Tingle has multiple spinoff games dedicated to himself.
I'm really excited for this! Only probalem is $6 for music and $6 for fighters? I'll get it but in the season pass. Really hyped for the Symphony of the Mask story! So happy Skull Kid is an accepted character 22 years later.
That's fine, SMT is an excellent (if tad difficult) series that is enjoyable to play. Not to mention that it's the main series that the Persona franchise spin-offed from to begin with. Give the SMT series a try if you are ever interested! 🙂
I did forget to ask earlier, is Cadence of Hyrule any good? I never got a chance to play the game. The only I've heard about it is that its similar to Crypt of the Necrodancer, and I heard that one was good.
@@BlueSavior25 I'll probably check out SMT after it price drops. Not sure on Cadence of Hyrule. I was waiting for the physical release, so will be experiencing it in October. It got pretty positive reception upon initial release, though.
@@RogueCheepSheep people were REALLY wanting an actual Nintendo direct, there were rumors of BOTW 2, Prime 4, and Mario Remake announcements but everyone was let down. That's why the mini direct got dislike bombed

In my experience, Aria isn't as difficult to play as Monk was ... by the time you even unlock her, missing a beat is the LAST thing you'll do during a run.
Just saw this! So many people are sleeping on this wonderful game. Its so fun and the music is amazing! (My favorite is the death mountain boss). A buy right away
15 bucks if you wanna buy season pass and its 22 bucks if you buy individually 6 first 2 and 10 for the story content. Get the season pass from what i hear the characters the new ones has actual GAMEPLAY MECHANIC CHANGES TO THEM SO i would just go ahead and get all 3 if you are a fan of the original game like me. This game right here saved me from giving a thumbs down on this direct.
Yoooo!!! So hype for this!! I've played the heck out of it. This is gonna be amazing. Hopefully they do add Nicolas Daoust's tracks into it later! And the remixed soundtracks are gonna be amazing.
I’m excited for this game and I have been playing Zelda for 11 years now and I love it I played The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild for my Switch and I loved it and I played this game before and it’s a little harder but I can’t wait to see how this game will have a lot of potential and I can’t wait to see what it will become! Releasing a physical version after all the DLC is done an putting all of the DLC on the physical card, is amazing. That is how it should be done always! Than you for that.
Is Aria an zelda character, or a new upcoming character? I feel like I've heard that name before in WindWaker, but I can't think of who it might've been. Either way, this is exciting!
She's Cadence's grandma from the OG Necrodancer. She's also the character that makes finishing the story in the OG extremely difficult because of how hard she is.
@@_-Lx-_sure but some times would be impossible to get without money meaning you can’t 100% the game on that save and because of the way money works in this game too many things would need to be reworked not to mention it just wouldn’t work in co op
How on earth is this getting DLC it was released over a year ago at this point I mean I'm not against it because I'm a Zelda fan but why now of all times for DLC
I'm happy to see this game get continued support as well as a physical version in October so thumbs up! I still need to get through Crypt of the Necromancer on Switch, though, but this Zelda themed spin-off definitely speaks to me more, so I will keep an eye on this. Like I like to say, wishlisted 👍👍

I know this isnt related but nitendo I came up with a new donkey kong game! It's called Donkey Konga! It's where diddy Kong and donkey Kong are bored so they decided to make a party! Go to random shops and buy invitations and materials etc.!Unclock new stores and places and the more places the more materials! So you set up the party stuff and you get to choose who you wanna invite to donkey kongs party! The cover is donkey Kong and all of his friends doing a dance! (Change if you want) This probably wont get accepted but I just had an idea.

They came so close to making dungeons that felt like zelda dungeons, they just needed to combine puzzle mode with dungeon mode. I hope a sequel or mote dlc eventually comes.
