Agreed, Looked like the coupe was actually pulling until the suv jumped out hard to tell tho, but up until that point was pretty even not destroyed in anyway.

for the ones wondering, the white SUV didn't do it against them, if you watch the video carefully on a high quality screen device, you gonna notice that there was something on the road. The driver was just trying not to hit whatever it was doing an emergency maneuver.

His reason was he saw two cars that made them jealous and as soon as the noticed they were racing. The brakes were hit and they waited until the right time to almost involve that innocent white Mazda in a accident. They’re bigger assholes than the racers are.

@J S If this ended in an accident, the white truck would've definitely been at fault despite the fact that they were illegally driving no less than 90mph. If someone's racing on the highway, you're supposed to let them pass. Not press the breaks and swerve into their lane.

There isn't a specific rule that you're supposed to let racers pass but there is a rule that you're not supposed to merge into a lane unless it's safe to do so ( judging by space and speed of passing vehicles) and the truck merged when it was far from safe to do so. "When at all possible, you should act in a quick manner to avoid a crash. When you pull out in front of another vehicle, even if it is speeding, you are acting negligently and have a major role in the crash. The blame could fall on you and the other driver equally."

Had this happen to me one time. I wasn't racing nobody. I was doing a quick acceleration in the fast lane. Then all of a sudden a white pick up truck swerved torward my lane acting like he was trying to hit me as I was passing by. 🤬

I had this happen to me at night , someone jumped right in front of me as I was going to pass them and it ended terribly. When the driver got in my lane I tried dodging him but it to was late I started slipping and my car couldn’t catch grip to the road. So I ended smacking the side wall and losing one of my rims, I had to buy a knew suspension knuckle along with a new rim. The back right side of my car needed to be worked on. Worst thing of all I had all my homies in my car 4 in people total. Luckily we all made it out ok. But it’s situation like these when the person ahead of us needs to pay attention to there surroundings and not commit any errors on the road. I’m glad to see you made it out ok and no accidents happened.
If a person abruptly jumps in front of you (switching lanes) you can rear end them and it wont be your fault. A rear end is 100% your fault if the driver is already traveling in the same lane and you behind them.
