At 9:09 Battle Angels of Tyr can only trigger once for each effect MAX between its myriad copies. Because for each of its effect it needs a player that has more than EACH other player, and there can be only 1 player that can have more card than each other player, only 1 that can have more lands than each other player, and same for life. So Shelby couldn't draw 3 and make 2 treasures out of that attack.

@@NewtDungeons you only get the effects if the damaged player has the most of the respective Ressource ('if that player has more cards than any other player). So he should only draw 1 card and get no Treasures (since highest land count is tied)

Actually, battle angles of tyr only work if ONE player is higher than the rest. So if 2 players have the EXACT number of lands, you actually get ZERO treasures.

I think it's better as one of the 99 in a deck that also has creatures that can block and protect her. I'm trying her in my Evelyn vampire deck. I think she easily could have been 4 mana though, without being too strong.

She's terrible unfortunately, the demons she creates don't even have flying! Deal-breaker for me would have considered building a deck around her otherwise

Nope! Every time Logan used Grove, he never needed it for colored mana. He was able to tap for colorless and avoid giving any life.

I think that letting the background only be set to a few select commanders and not have it with Partner capabilities is such a let down. So many fun builds and ideas and even Cedh potential from the command zone lol. Fun for all ages
