What surprised me this series was the fact that Faker did not look like a facilitator, he looked like a carry. It's been years since I have seen him carry this consistently. He looked tired as well, I think that this is Faker's (not T1's) last chance to get a title. He's really giving it his all this time, more than he did last year. ONE MORE FAKER, JUST ONE MORE. Can't wait to see what Faker does after his career, and what lies ahead for T1.
Last year was t1 vs the LCK underdogs. This year its t1 vs the LPL underdogs. Istg if t1 is just the anime villain that underdogs beat in the final every year, itll be the dankest timeline

RNG’s 2018 attempt was denied by G2 at Worlds, while G2’s 2019 attempt was denied by FPX at Worlds. Now, JDG’s 2023 attempt is denied by T1 at Worlds.
