Ingredients:
🔸Baguette - 30g
🔸Chicken fillet - 100g
🔸Tamaki soy sauce - 10g
🔸Olive oil - 10g
🔸Fresh garlic - 5g
🔸Iceberg salad - 80g
🔸Quail eggs - 5 pcs.
🔸Cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.
🔸Grated Parmesan cheese - 25g
🔸Caesar Tamaki sauce - 25g
Cooking method:
1. Marinate chicken fillet in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce and finely chopped garlic for 2-3 hours. Then fry in a well-heated frying pan until cooked and cut into thin layers.
2. Cut the baguette into thin rounds, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs, bake at 200°C for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
3. Tear iceberg lettuce into large pieces and season with Caesar dressing.
4. Place the dressed salad in a deep plate, garnish with cherry tomatoes, quail egg halves, layers of chicken, baguette croutons and grated parmesan cheese.
