Ingredients for 2 people
1 iceberg lettuce (or romaine) 1 can of anchovies
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 package of “Salad Chicken” Dried bread
15g grated cheese
[Vinaigrette]
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1/2 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
[Preparation]
Cut the lettuce, keeping the core attached. Cut eggs into your preferred shape.
Tear bread into pieces.
Grate the garlic.
Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl.
