Tour a Caesars Palace Las Vegas Augustus Tower room. The first room they gave me was occupied. It's a bit comical hearing me react to a bathtub full of towels. If you ever go to Caesars Palace Las Vegas, the Augustus and Octavius towers are the nicest. They have a separate taxi stand off Flamingo Rd. and private check in desk. The Palace tower is also nice but you have to check in at the main desk, which has longer lines. The Roman and Forum towers are the least desirable.

What did you do when you were in Vegas? I went a month ago, but stayed at a resort off the strip. The town has changed since I was there last a decade ago. I went in the Bellagio and was in awe at its opulence for my eyes. I also went in Caesar's to see The Fall of Atlantis...at...the...very...end....of....a...long...walk. The simulated sky feature on the ceiling was interesting. There's more I'd like to see if I ever return.

Just a note about the accumulation of wealth. During the gold rush, it wasn't the miners who became wealthy, it was the tradesmen who rented the pans and the pickaxes. People go to psychics and shamans to get rich, but they're not getting rich, the shamans and the psychics are. Likewise, gamblers don't get rich, the casinos do. If there isn't an impractical, spiritual way to obtain wealth, is there a practical way that's likely, rather than just possible?

I stayed at Bally's in 2006... Flamingo and Bally's are budget properties. If you want the same quality as Caesars Augustus Tower you should try Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Mandalay Bay or THEhotel.

120.00 a night is not to bad, i thought it would be atleast 250.00ish...I've stayed at the Flamingo the last two times i went to Vegas

Go to wynnlasvegas.com, click on reservations, find where you can sign up for the Wynn Insider or their e-mail offers, and the price goes down close to $120 for about 20 days during November and December.
