Café Double Dishwasher Drawer Installation Video 

I had this DW installed a few weeks ago and so far it satisfied my wish for a 2 drawer dishwasher. However, I'm not sure the install was done properly. I replaced a DW so the opening was sized correctly. However, there was some issue with the flooring which made it a bit more difficult to fit in. But now I have a situation where the DW jiggles around in the opening when I open/close the drawers, like it hasn't been secured well enough. I was told that that was not unusual! I have my suspicions.

just unpacked my DW for installation; three dents on the front of the DW. I have photos; the plastic is still on. Can I get replacement panel?

I have an opening that is 25" deep, but the pipe sticks out about 3" due to a load bearing pillar. So it's approximately 21" to the face of the cabinets, and 22" to the cabinet doors and counter edge. I see in the video it requires 22 1/6", do you think this will work?

do you have an installation video of your french door double oven( CTD90FP2NS1) or something similar?

There is nowhere even close to enough hose connecting the lower drawer to the back of the unit to pull it out as far as is shown in the video, and the drawer runners are in the way of the hexagonal socket screws to adjust the feet. You need a RIGHT ANGLE ratchet socket wrench to adjust the feet from inside the lower drawer cavity. You simply will not have enough space to get your body inside the drawer cavity and use the supplied plastic socket wrench.

I have to agree with the comments here discussing how horrible this dishwasher is. I had high hopes for a double drawer dishwasher as the concept is very appealing to our large busy family. I love the idea of running a small load of dishes while loading the next drawer while the first is still running. That said, this dishwasher has been very disappointing. The inside plastic racks fell apart within days of using it and are very difficult to re-install correctly. The dishes do not come out very clean. The worst part is now it has stopped working and 3 technicians have tried replacing certain parts as guesswork from what I can tell only to no avail. The last technician told me its a manufacturer issue and to take it up with GE. I regret purchasing this dishwasher!

15 minutes to install the dishwasher and I’m on my second day trying to mount it to the cabinets. I’m a builder and developer and have been installing dish washers for 30 years. I have never seen this level of difficulty to mount a dishwasher to a cabinet in thirty years. GE it does not have to be this difficult! Anyone with basic skills could have figured an easier way to mount this sissy washer

Just bought this unit the bottom drawer won't close completely, I followed the instructions really confused on what the issue is

My dish is very hard to start?

No one will see this probably, but this dishwasher is terrible. GE technicians have been out twice and are scheduled to come out again. First, it was dented so the front panels needed replacing. Then, the machine doesn't actually work and technicians haven't been able to fix it. I couldn't leave my review on the GE website for some reason.

This is the absolute worst dishwasher. I purchased 8 months ago and had nothing but issues with it. My dishes come out the same way they were placed inside the unit. I've called GE service and the service man said I had to wash them before placing them into the dishwasher - what a joke! He said everything tested as it should and that I shouldn't place to much into the unit. I'm only one person living in my home. I've taken pictures to show the before and after. Don't wast your money. on this junk! 🙁
