Our first Christmas Edition! Welcome to the bakery/cafe! I remember our first video took place during Christmas last year! Can't believe it's been 1 year and we've only made it to episode 9 of our cafe vlog. Haha need to make more videos more frequently. There's a spiking number of covid cases in Canada right now. Need to take more precautions! Hope everyone had good holidays and stay safe and warm this winter! See you guys in the new year!!! 2022!!!

Next time I come to Toronto, (I live 12 hours North of Toronto or a 2.5 hour flight) I definitely will be making a stop to visit your bakery. I plan on having my own bakery someday soon, maybe not as exquisite as your bakery, but it looks lovely and everything looks so elegant. My style of baking is carrot cakes, muffins, banana bread, cream cheese cakes,tarts lol..certainly nothing fancy as yours….but adding a coffee bar would be neat (sadly, I don’t think it will go over very well as I live in a small community of 3500 people, we already have 2 coffee shops. But no home made baking (we had one but I think she failed, I stopped going to her shop as her baking was tasteless and dry and her products were outdated and stale tasting…not a good way to open a business)

Offer deliveries as well. And afternoon teas. They are very popular in the UK. Always add to your repetoire. I make great fresh ginger cake in loaf tins. Always a hit. Best wishes, Angelle.

Hopefully your bakery will be open soon! I mean you have to give it time and test the products, it took a long time to test what works for us and we are still testing and improving everyday!
