I disagree with recommending coffee over a caffeine pill. Caffeine pills are not only cheaper long term they also tend to last longer and coffee can stain your teeth.
@@agenericboringhomosapien8108 I am not sure how it works but natural green tea extract are proven to be liver damaging, has something to do the extracting prossese
Appreciate video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered - Konarter Kanason Eradicator (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off product for learning how to say goodbye to your heartburn without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.
Save a lot on pre workouts by swapping them with caffeine pills. The other ingredients in pre workouts are just there for making the label. The kick you feel is all just caffeine.
I love coffee but I had to switch to these and teas, as the acidity of coffee was causing stomach acid issues / indigestion. Coffee can really mess with your stomach, and you might not even realize that it is the culprit.
I tried my first caffeine pill today and I have to say it definitely works for me coffee is cool but I'm just trying to pop the pill and not worry about burning my self haha, took a couple bong rips too and it's even better it's a mix of both haha
@@corneliusthecrowtamer1937 back in the day we used to combined a 30 mg ephedrine pill 1 aspirin and a 200 mg caffeine pill. This gave you the strength of Hercules at least for 2 hours
if you are a lazy always sleepy student like me then just go get some pills 1) just consume one pill a day, not daily, only take them occasionally(whenever you need) 2) dont compromise your sleep 3) you can however have late night study sessions once in a week. 4) dont spend your time on your phone while you are up, it can cause headache
I've found that the mental process of correctly brewing the coffee in the morning is enough to get the neurons woken up (plus the coffee itself, of course). If I need a little boost later in the day, that's when might pop a pill.
i only drink coffee/energy drinks because i don’t want to wake up at 6am. if i could wake up at noon or later i wouldn’t need caffeine. i hate morning so much, i wanna be awake at night 🥺
Great video, something worth noting is that caffeine has many positive health benefits including increased metabolism, lipid oxidation, and serves modest protective function against diseases such as alzheimers and dementia. Caffeine pills still fulfill that roll, coffee beans have low concentrations of vitamins; most of the health benefit is in the caffeine itself. I wanted to mention that because the video implies that the health perks are from coffee beans rather than caffeine, which is misguided.
Not sure what's going on with my espressos but if I make a second one and only take a few sips I get jittery, anxious, blood pressure goes up, etc. If I pop a 100mg caffeine pill after my first espresso it feels just right.
I don't know .. i take both .. start my day with a caffeine pill and a cup of coffee so i can work just fine even with minimum sleep ... in the other hand ... it makes me feel really agitated from time to time ..
I was lucky to get pure anhydrous caffeine before it became illegal. I dissolve it in water and put it inside an eye dropper. Pure caffeine is smooth and relaxing, there are no jitters at all. Coffee creates anxiety for me even in small amounts but that anxiety can also be translated to motivation when taken in the right amounts, so I combine both to get the relaxing stimulation of caffeine with the motivation producing effects of coffee. No one talks about what exactly is causing the jitteryness of coffee, they just assume it is caffeine but organic substances like coffee have of hundreds of alkaloids that all produce some kind of effect one way or another.
I guess I have too much caffeine in my body already after year's of coffee, tea and soda cause they do nothing for me. But I see an advantage to those that can benefit. Coffee unless you drink black can have lot's of Carbs.
The pills are stronger..... 200 mg of caffeine per pill, whereas a cup of coffee can vary in the amount of caffeine that's in it(80 mg-100 mg). I'd take the caffeine pills for better energy, but it does seem like more people "enjoy" coffee. You can drink it with friends and take your time while sipping it. It wouldn't be the best choice if I need a lot of energy though(and fast) ;)
