We had been told that there was a lot of debris along the sides of Wester Burn, washed up in a tidal surge. Wick Golf Club very kindly offered us a quad with soft tyres, a trailer and driver to take the rubbish over Wick Golf Course. The local Farmer allowed us to use his land to cross and pick up the waste. 535 lbs or 244 kg of plastic related waste was removed that day. Thank you to all who helped.
