This duo of Caitlin & Aliyah is clicking more now. They have really high potential, due to special qualities each brings to the table.

It's all well and good with the Clark/Boston duo but CC has to give out assists to other players for involvement so they don't think they're being ignored. Also, another PG has to be found to give CC much needed rest. Maybe Mitchell she's quick fast and a great shooter and penetrator.

@@EverettCox-g8z True. We may be seeing the development of this offense under an unannounced player-coach Caitlin Clark. It is better inside the paint now, as Clark developed that vision thru many years & is not backing down from it. Her insistence on it is shown by her repeated drives toward the basket, circling thru traffic, looking for who to pass to, dribbling back out if needed. That is a visionary thing that Sides did not dream up.. Aliyah Boston' superior abilities are huge in this. At 6'5", 220 lbs, with skilled moves, with Clark's drives and feeds, she & Clark are becoming explosive. Good idea you have on Kelsey Mitchell spelling Clark at PG a couple minutes per half for much needed breather. Wheeler has lots of heart, but lacks some qualities as a PG. Mitchell is a major offensive dynamo, a true thoroughbred. If given the role of point guard driving and dishing for a couple minutes, she would probably eat it up. In a good way, she thrives on being a star. A good thing about an offense of Clark assisting Boston & others is, whether I want Sides as coach or not, Sides is now learning from Clark. And silently going along. Like at Iowa, Bluder listened to Clark a couple times in games. It appears that Clark, having a champion's will, is pulling the good and the not-so-good together to make it work. Not griping. But doing. So, we see Clark in the paint doing something that Sides did not invent--Clark demonstrating what happens when a skilled PG drives in, and other players coordinate to get free for shots. Even in this Dallas loss it produced a WNBA record 19 assists plus layins for Clark. So, a Clark method seems to be developing. And in the press conf after Dallas, Clark said, 'We're all getting better. We're together, players & coaches.'

@@brianroesch3259 I like all you say. Coach Sides better get with the Caitlin Clark program and raise her up not put her down or she might be looking for another job. And btw I don't think I've seen Mitchell miss a free throw. Maybe she has idk... I'm also a big fan of Hannah Stuelte(except I can't spell her name right half the time).

@@EverettCox-g8z Your comments on Mitchell are right on. She is great and could spell Clark at PG for a couple minutes each half. I, too, don't recall Kelsey missing a free throw. The word "super-dynamo" always comes to my mind on her. If Sides has any brains, she'll learn to accept that Clark is exhibiting something rare: Clark's IQ, from age 5 with zeal, is high and visionary. Clark knows it. Clark is silently saying, this sports chance is bigger than any person. It is a rare level to pursue and do. Sides can come along, learn, and add here and there, But if Sides balks, you are right, she may be looking for another job. Stuelke really developed last year. A good sign of what a good big, like Boston, could develop with Clark driving and passing. It'll be interesting to see what Cheryl Miller does as coach with this group of All Stars, including Mitchell, Boston, and Clark.

Takes more than two good players to create a powerhouse team. Despite his excellence, look how long it took Jordan to win his first championship. I think they need some great defensive players. They can score, but someone is going to be open on the other end.
