Your reply is nearly 100% correct. Your inclusion of reese into why we are watching the WNBA is flatly wrong. The game between Brink and reese could not even fill 5,000 seats whereas any game with Clark is a sellout. They have even moved the games to arenas hold 17,000 to 23,000 seats and still sell outs. The games with Clark are setting TV viewership records. The only non-Clark featured WNBA game in the top of the list directly followed one of her games. WE are watching because of Clark. reese is an afterthought. In 20 years from now, the WNBA fans will look back at this time and wonder who angel reese was.

@@MightyBiffer Well said. CC is a class act at all times. I watched a video of Reece and winning three rings in college. At least a dozen, probably more was Reece in bathing suits and nothing wrong with that but I doubt CC would ever do the same. The comparison of how we see CC dressed so beautifully yet conservativly is a breathe of fresh air. I do admit I've never seen a WNBA or NBA really. That said, I will not miss one game of the rest of the season. I am INVESTED for the first time in a sport, ❤

Saw her in one highlight video guarding against Caitlin - with stiff arms to her FACE! Kinda looked like no-call flagrant fouls to me. They must have special referees for WMBA competition, getting them from wrestling or boxing leagues. They never would have lasted two games to the local YMCA level. Their basketball is a full contact brawl style!

Her politics do not belong in basketball 🏀 in anyway or as making decisions with her political views in mind. Like her t-shirt says she can’t separate herself as a basketball coach from her political views which leads to bad decisions and is dangerous fir the health of the sport. Her generation has made some horrendous decisions based on her political views and they’re coming back to haunt all the ones making decisions based on political views. Examples: Disney, Bud Light, CNN, some Major Lethe Sport Teams and of course ESPN. They’ve all destroyed themselves and in many cases they are eating each other.

Nothing is wrong with Reeve's tweet. The WNBA is more than one player. ESPN/other outlets and analysts/commentators can place most of their support/attention on Clark, all good, but the WNBA themselves really shouldn't be hyperfocusing on Clark, just out of respect for the other teams/players that help build the league before Clark. With that said, other players, and coaches, should be thanking for all that Clark has done. They're going to get paid more bec of her.....something they've kind of been asking for over the last 40 years.

I love CC but all she did here was contribute assists, she got 10 which was amazing but it was Reese and Ogunbowale who contributed the points and rebounds. Don’t get me wrong I know my girl CC is blowing up but seems slightly misleading to put her on the cover of all the All Star game coverage. But at the same time I know why they do it- more clicks. And if it helps coach Reeves eat more crow overestimating her Olympic team that’s ok w me.
