Talk about a racial problem, ESPN website doesn’t have a story on Clark winning ROTY nor does the WNBA official site. It’s strange that people can practice racism on the white girl but if it was the other way it would be blowing up! Rookie of the Year is also one of the highest paid after she signed her Nike deal that pays her $3.5 million per year for 8 years. And thats just 1 of the endorsement deals that the public knows about. Players often can make way more from their endorsement deals than their actual sports contracts just like LeBron James who earns over $80 million per year from his endorsement deals which is almost double his NBA salary.
Catlin is fun to watch and I never watched the WNBA before she started playing because it sucked. And it still sucks because they aren’t protecting the Michael Jordan of women’s basketball
