I’m a 57 year old male who’s never watched a WNBA game before. I want to go now because of her!!! I think she’s fun to watch. She’s like a female Larry Bird with her awesome passing and three point abilities.
I'm a 75 year old guy who never watched a WNBA game but got interested in high school and NCAA cross country and track about five years ago. I think Clark has the same potential as Katelyn Tuohy the NC State phenom to turn on thousands to their respective sports as pros. Go Caitlin! Go Katelyn!
They want it to be a black player that does all of that and when it’s not they say race has everything to do with it. Caitlyn Clark will make all those racist eat their words and she will be the GOAT.
I find myself smiling the whole time. Caitlin Clark is playing because she's, she's just not an angry primadonna like so many of the other players. She's a lot of fun to watch and she's awesome!
That is the reason, your remark is right on. If Clark was black it would be the same thing because its the character that is contagious and general good nature and the fact she is married and heterosexual doesn't hurt after the WNBA freakshow that's been around for awhile. I never watched basketball game in my whole life until CC clips started showing up on RU-vid short clips..now, I’m searching every game CC played to watch. She’s like a magnet.
She will continue to improve her game as her teamates get used to her amaziing passing abilities and then you'll see her baskets increase. She's truly amazing.
Caitlin Clark will have the magnets turned on a lot for her this season. She's one of the only WNBA players that can get it close enough to where it won't look obvious that those rims are magnetic.
Some say Caitlin is all about 3pts shooting. No one gives this young lady more credit for her court vision. She knows exactly where to put the ball for her teammates to score. Last player I remember that had vision and ball skill like that was Magic Johnson.

@@danielbrown3461 it's sad that these former greats went virtually unnoticed, and I can see that can be upsetting to those who watched and supported them back then. Hopefully this new phenomenon will continue to grow, and future stars will get higher pay, sponsors and viewership.
She was definitely booed a couple times during the game, I was there and heard it. She proved them wrong though and the fever came out with the win 🙂↔️

The hug between her and Cheryl Miller after the game was so sincere it's too damn emotional..Miller, the first superstar of this league, whispering positiveness to Caitlin is what all of these current players should practice. There's hope yet for this dying venue, and Clark will bring it to them despite hate and jealousy..if they only knew//

You can see her timing on movements adjust better now - that's a pretty decent stat line for her. Teammates seem to be anticipating they're getting a pass better too - just those micro seconds of extra quickness. They'll be fine. SHE'LL be fine. The shooting percentage will jump up as she gets adjusted to speed of defensive coverage and knowing other players' movement tendencies ... this is going to be good...
It was nice to see her teammates finally catching the passes, The 3's were great but I know Caitlin's gonna get hers I really needed to see her teammates start catching the passes

I agree. It looks like this person just cut clips out, picked stuff, and put it back together in CapCut. Then used that black out transitions, definitely poor editing.
I'm a 42 year old man and never watched a WNBA game willingly. The way Clark sees the whole court and threads the needle with rocket passes reminds me of Payton Manning in his NFL prime. And the behind the back passes or spinning the ball on passes for assists is something special. I hope she has a long healthy career because without her I do not see myself interested in any other WnBA games.
No matter how much the black women and the lesbians in the league do not want her to be the face of the WNBA, they have no choice. Caitlyn Clark will single handedly make that league better and relevant.
Black women have defeated her and broken her spirit in CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES and they’ll continue to do it in the wnba, being a stat merchant will only get u so far.

Most people could not tell you a single name of a team or the name of another team that may play their home team. The league is not popular. Then comes along a great player. One that is compared to the men’s sports, college and pros. She happens to be white. The blacks are offended because she is white and getting the attention great players get. Prior to her most of the other players were mediocre at best horrible at the worst for a pro team. Not only are the blacks offended but as are the lesbians in the league. So typical women they aren’t happy a woman is making their sport relevant they are jealous it isn’t one of them, black or lesbian. This isn’t my opinion it was brought up by a black woman a former player who is jealous of what 22 is doing. They admit it. And as usual when Clark performs making the blacks and gays around her look better they will accept her. But the fact remains racism is alive and well in the WNBA. I will watch Clark play but I don’t care about any other team or players, the league in general is horrible and I don’t like supporting racist.
I never would have thought I’d be watching WNBA highlights voluntarily but I’ve been taking in all this drama of a how 1 player managed to bring out the insecurity of an entire league, insane. WNBA this is that old school NBA back in the day, this new class of women coming into the league are just playing for the love of the game and ain't no team giving any body anything your going to have to earn your win. Todays player warrior respect is earned on the court, these player know the eyes are on teams because of wanted to see CC, but what is happening is people are leaving saying i just seen some other ballers I like that how shit grows not kissing a player ass in every interview but hitting her in her face on game day and she and her team hitting back that respect and thank you for pushing the game forward. it's not clutch, it's selfish. Her team was up not trailing at that point. But she cares about her individual stats not the team which is why she throws up two 3's from half court to make herself look good because before that she had about 5 points. She made some nice passes but they won despite of her not because. Funny thing is they won their first game and she hardly contributed. I wonder why they won.
@@rdlife she hardly contributed you say 😅 you’re right her 10 rebounds, 8 assists, 4 steals, 1 block and only 2 turnovers didn’t contribute to anything. Besides, that’s what fans come to see is the watch her play. Just like Steph Curry he doesn’t always have the greatest percentage, but usually comes through in clutch.

Anyone care to comment on why she chose to shoot two 3’s at the end of the game while ahead with plenty of time left on the play clock? ANYONE that knows basketball knows that you run the clock out, pass the ball around to kill more time off the clock to give your opponent less time to have a chance to come back. But noooooo, not Clark, she puts up two half court 3’s at the top of the play clock because she’s selfish and wants to pad her stats. She had 6 points before she throw up those shots. You’ll see who she really is.
@@acham4152 Yes if she's the team leader it would fall on her first before the rest of the players. But it would free her up to be the phenomenal player that she is. So they are going to win a lot more games that way than the way they're doing it now.

But you let a person do what they do best. And what she did won games and brought in people to watch her play. Nobody cared about the Indiana Fever before she came in. Clark can really play. It is truly a shame that jealousy and envy from women who should be rooting for her are doing their best to make life difficult for her. They should all be grateful that Clark has brought some relevancy to their league.

It's not jealousy and ego. With a lot of the "critics," it's the fact that Clark does not have the requisite level of melanin in her skin to suit them.
in an average game, most teams criticize one player "gunning" the ball which disallows other players to flourish, but Clark has a supper ability in every aspect of the game. In an ideal situation Clark will score most of the game, but she also has an almost unbelievable ability to draw the defense and is so good at feeding and open player,which by the way SHE creates mst times because she is so offensively creative. Blind passing takes a unselfish wisdom and much play time to learn that it's coming.. Caitlan when left alone more times than not create superior play. I agree with her in her interview, she does make the other players "BETTER". If you hold a thoroughbred back it loses the drive to win gradually.
She is awesome, she shoot!, she passes and have tremendous overview for the game. She IS the wnba and what it will become. ALL others players and haters will bow for her. They will eventually admit their admire and thank her for what she’s helped them see what path to take to achieve accomplish visions missions and dreams :) play ball
@WonderMonkey-xp3xk I don’t have to sell anything- that’s up to her. 🤷♂️ So far, she’s selling out wherever she plays- some teams are switching their games against her to bigger arenas because the demand is there. She’s doing fine selling on her own.

Caitlin Clark is the Steph Curry of the WNBA. She has brought life & excitment to the game and increased their audience by 400%. The numbers don't lie. 💯
One thing about Caitlin, she’s still got legs enough to keep going strong at the end of the game. Probably because she shoots so far away from the basket, she doesn’t have to run as much as the other players.
