At least with Bruce here, he called himself a trans-woman and acknowledged he isn't a real woman because he never could be. Had the trans community taken that tact, they would be more accepted in society than they are and more people would be sympathetic to their cause. But as with everything, a small minority took the helm and ruined it for everybody, a small minority I like to call the "Ku Klux Trans".

I have a couple of friends who are trans and they are even saying There's is a time to draw the line. Being trans is one thing competing against biological women is another. Lia competed against men and lost . From what I understood Lia never placed. So you switch divisions? There is a reason why they have men's and women's Divi to begin with. Biological women would never win against a biological men. So why is this hard for these people to grasp. It's so sad.

As it stands, the crowds are starting to only consider the race is on once the men have finished - They've been heavily cheering the first actual woman to finish. This is just assumption but some of those girls are probably on scholarships etc and I don't imagine it's as simple as just leave.

You are correct and if they want to allow Men to rule Woman's sports there is no reason to have Woman's sports until men are not allowed to call them self a women. These men that are dominating in Woman's sports would be back markers in men's.

Actually, I believe you are incorrect. Football, Baseball, Hockey, PGA Golf, etc - these are not "men" only sports - there is NO RULE that precludes a woman from competing for a position in any of those leagues. However, since these are sports where strength helps, you'll notice that NO WOMEN are able to play well enough to get one of the available spots. Women on the other hand, DO have women-only gender rules that restrict men from participating in their gender biased sports - example LPGA, WNBA, etc.

Caitlyn is trans and even she disagrees and that’s saying something. An issue like this requires compromise from both ends. Lia Thomas has a right to be who she wants to be and swim but the other cis women athletes have rights to have a fair competition. We just have to figure out how to compromise.

Even in the rarest of genetic oddity the gender can be determined now days. There was actually a whole issue with children being forced to be a gender that would be "easier" for them do to their lack of "it" in the 1990's. Those children should sue, genetic testing was often done and the results ignored. There is still a known male or female gender found in the DNA even with unique, non-typical, DNA and growth patterns.

I THINK if you are so inclined after years of therapy, that you are indeed happier as a different gender, then it is between you and God. However, you cannot compete in that genders competition. Caitlyn has always seemed like such a patient and pragmatic person. Even going through the transformation from Bruce to Catilyn, it was seemingly a slow, private, and planned out process. Kudos to Caitlyn for knowing that not only maturing as a man, but an elite male athlete, there are major unfair advantages (even at the age of 73) that would make any athletic event an unfair contest.

Yes, I appreciate that he is standing up against this, but by identifying as trans he is already conceding to the false narrative that allows this kind of sabotage of women to happen in the first place. Namely, that if a man identifies as a woman, then he objectively is one. It would be much more consistent if he also stopped identifying as “Caitlyn” and went back to being “Bruce”. A real man stands up for women, rather than LARPing as a woman.
