Cajun chicken ingredients:
To make Cajun seasoning
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp Onion powder
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
To marinate the chicken
• 4 chicken breasts
• 4 tbsp cajun seasoning
• 3 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
To grill Cajun chicken
• 2 tsp oil
Step by step instructions to make cajun chicken
1. Make Cajun seasoning by mixing all the ingredients mentioned under Cajun seasoning.
2. Pound the chicken breast to even thickness.
3. Marinate the chicken with Cajun seasoning, oil, and lemon juice. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
5. Place the marinated chicken over the heated pan.
6. Flip and cook until char marks appear and the chicken is cooked.
7. Grilled Cajun Chicken breasts are ready.
