Sha, you forgot to include ketchup in the description box. I make a sauce for boiled crawfish and shrimp-I eyeball it but I use ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. In my best Vernon Roger accent: ‘Tonnaire mon chiens, ca c’est bon, oui!’ (‘Thunder my dogs, that’s good, yeah.’)
