I'm so happy Paige is there to help you recover. You both crack each other up and I know that is helping the healing process. (ya killing me with the grass clippings comment lol). As for the smokey fire just stand up a piece of plywood and a could of 2x4 or 4x4s to keep it from tipping over to break the wind. As for other recipes what came to mind is strips of gator loin with melted gouda cheese in the middle then wrapped in Bannock bread to make a sort of gator in blanket. If you need spices, just do a bbq rub on the outside then wrap the bread around it.
Gator fajitas, gator stir fry, white chili, tacos, etc. You can substitute gator for chicken in a lot of recipes, takes marinades and seasonings very well.
To find a younger woman like that nowadays is like a rare gemstone. Priceless and rare. They arent making many young women like these nowadays. He knows what he has
Wow, that looks very Yummy! And the kicker is with getting smoked out if she's filming you on one-side, somebody has to take the smoke hit! And I can't believe you left that brace on this long! Cheers y'all )
Jeff I’m so glad that you’re on the mend . Thank you Paige for keepin him out of trouble & off the ladder for awhile. How about some Gator Curry with coconut milk over rice?
Jeff, if you want the SMOKE to go UP instead of ACROSS to the people, you need a narrow tall wall to create a HALF-CHIMNEY EFFECT on one side of the fire. It only needs to be a couple feet wide, but taller than the people around the fire. We were told to build a "reflector wall" to block the wind. That's only one reason. The "wall" creates an updraft, and the smoke goes upward with the draft. It can be a piece of roofing metal, or a few boards. Try this, and tell it to your fans -- they will praise you as a genius, and send money and prizes.
I'm glad to see you moving around better man still be easy. I know it's hard to do, but you do not want to wind up in a wheelchair the rest of your life
Jeff, try gator poutine. Simmer the gator in chicken and beef broth, garlic, ground allspice, little vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder for 1 1/2 hours. Keep adding chicken broth and water to keep liquid. Add 4 tbsp peanut butter color roux near end. Put over French fries and add cheese curds on top.
Good to see y'all on the mend Jeff. I tried new seasoning recently. Really good flavors 5 seasonings in the pack it's called Musket Powder if you've never tried it I would recommend it. I got the large bottles.
We've cubed it up into decent size pieces before marinating it in Braggs overnight, and then put it on skewers along with fresh veggies(onions, carrots, jalapenos, taters, etc) and had gatorbobs... Pretty dang good 👍 as a meal,or main course with a side or three.. You can also strip it out, bread it and deep fry it like chicken fingers... We've deep fried it and added it to fettuccine with an Alfredo sauce before,or you can bake it instead of frying if you prefer..
It looks awesome im gonna have to get ahold or some gator and try it myself. I dont know if its a thing but maybe try a blackened gator alfredo sounds really good.
Grated heart of palm, your favorite seasoning, add bread crumbs, beaten egg a d diced alligator. Mix it, roll it about golf ball or hush puppy size and fry them like a skillet of hush puppies. Make your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy. We continue to pray for your healing Mr. Jeff. I truly enjoy watching your content. Life is too short to live it too short.

Hey Jeff, If you're looking to do something with the wild pig and gator, you could send me a care package. lol Seriously, try making a chili out of gator and wild pork. That would be a great dish. Try shech kabob with gator and pig. Anyway, hope you're feeling better. Love your channel and videos. Take care and be safe.
