I have this exact machine but whenever I use it my cakes slide even after centering them and I even tried non slip mat, also tried icing under the cake to keep in place. Any tips on what I’m doing wrong? I really want to use this as I’ve paid a pretty penny for it.
The reviews on this on Amazon are not favorable. Biggest problem is that you cannot adjust the bottom and so when you are decorating with a cake board it becomes very difficult if the board is bigger than the cake
