Cup Cake ingredients :
for the cake:
2 eggs room temperature ( substitute: curd or condensed milk 1/2 cup)
sugar-1/2 cup
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
cooking oil -1/4 cup (substitute : butter same measurement)
flour (maida) -1 cup
baking powder -1 tsp
baking soda -1/2 tsp
a pinch of salt
some chopped cherry - optional
baking time : bake in 10 mins preheated pan & cook for 20 -25 minutes.
