Baking powder 1 tsp levelled
Salt pinch
Egg 1
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Mango essence 1/2 tsp
Mango puree 1/4 cup
Milk 3 tbsp
Mango color as required
*Mango curd *
Mango puree 1/2 cup
Egg yolks 2
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Yellow color few drop
Salt pinch
* salted caramel sauce *
Sugar 1 cup
Milk pak cream 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp to 1/4 tsp
* mango chantilly cream *
Whipping cream 2 cups or as required
Mango curd 1/4 cup
Gelatine 1 tbsp
Chilled water 1/4 cup
* bakerkhani crushed or waffers sticks crushed as required for decore ,if required *
* sugar syrup / milk for soaking the cake as required *
* Mango slices , balls , chucks as required for decore *
*Mango curd / caramel sauce / ganache for dripp
Or whitr chocolate melted for dripp as required*
