Okay.. Not cakes.. Cupcakes or muffins? Also, how do you keep GMP when the batter gets around due too bad photo eye, reflector or other mechanical electrical issues? This usually gets messy pretty quick in my experience. Thanks for vid.
I don't understand why the cakes are carefully positioned on a belt and then, at the end they fall off and someone has to stand there guiding them. One person stands there smoothing the wrapper too.
I also mixer too. sometimes. yes they let us take home a pack after every shift. they r the best when fresh out oven and u eat em off conveyor belt. even tho we NOT supposed to
