Recipe 1:
1 glass = 200 ml = 6.8 fl oz.
3 eggs.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
50 g sugar (1/4 glass).
Mix well.
3 egg whites and 100 g sugar (1/2 glass).
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat the egg whites for 5-6 minutes until the consistency is reached.
Carefully mix the egg white with the egg yolk.
170 g flour (1 + 1/4 glass).
27 x 18 cm baking dish with baking paper.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 25 minutes.
3 bananas.
350 g cream cheese (12.2 oz).
100 g icing sugar (3/4 glass).
100 ml cream (1/2 glass) + 30 ml condensed milk.

Recipe 2:
4 eggs.
120 g sugar (4 oz).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Beat for 5-6 minutes until this consistency is reached.
150 g flour (5.3 oz).
30 g cornstarch (1 ounce).
Mix carefully.
Line a 20 cm (8 inch) baking pan with baking paper.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C (355 °F).
800 ml milk (27 fl oz).
150 g sugar (5.3 oz).
120 g flour (4 oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
50 g butter (1.75 ounces).
50 g dehydrated coconut flakes (1.75 oz).
Store at room temperature.
Allow the cake to cool before removing the pan.
60 g dehydrated coconut (2 oz).
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Recipe 3:
2 mangoes.
200 g biscuits (7 oz).
90 g melted butter (3.2 oz).
27 x 18 cm mold.
Add 2/3 of the cookies.
600 g yogurt (21 oz).
120 g sugar (4.2 oz).
8 g agar-agar (1 tablespoon).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Add mango and mix well.
Add the rest of the cookies.
Grated coconut (optional).
Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Es verdad, pero lo bueno de hacerla con la harina es q puedes prescindir del huevo. Con la maicena hay q echarle huevo pra q no se corte.
