Here is one of my latest creations! This cake is the perfect cake for me! A cake without flour and without added sugar except the natural sugar of coconut honey and applesauce. Based on oat bran, 1 slice of this cake is enough to fill you up (the fibers of oat bran lead to a feeling of satiety). These fibers carry fat with them and reduce the glycemic content of ingested foods. It also promotes good bacteria in your digestive tract. It's a slimming ally! This is a super food! Attention it is not recommended for people who have a fragile abdomen or digestive tract. A super moist cake that you will love! This cake is approximately 12 slices. Each slice is about 85 calories. (1 part = 25 grams of oat bran, the maximum that I advise to take per day). Good tasting !

Ingredients :
300g oat bran (2 cups)
350g applesauce (about 1 cup + 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons coconut honey
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 orange
Optional sprinkle with sweetener (in the form of icing sugar)
