I am a ucla follower and fan, but I’ve always liked cal and they are currently the better team! They are looking so good! Definitely rooting for them to win a natty!!
Cal getting 2 10s at an away meet and such a high score even when they were a tad off speaks so much to the quality of their gymnastics and execution (yes they were overscored on vault but everything else was accurate in my opinion!). Seriously my dream final 4 would be OK (only bc I know they’ll be there), Cal, LSU, and Denver. As for UCLA, I get frustrated with the construction of their beam routines- they are gambling with those connections when it comes to starting the series with a front aerial. The girls frequently wobble and don’t look confident, and I wonder why they can’t change it up to maybe fit the girls’ skills better. Is it a coaching issue?
I disagree! I think vault was the only rotation where they were overscored and it was already their lowest team score this meet. Judges are also likely comparing them to UCLA’s execution, and the difference unfortunately is quite large in execution between the two teams
@@princess-xp1kh multiple bar routines were over, emjae had flexed feet on one of her floor passes and mya had crossed legs in her beam dismount but both got 10's
Well what you consider to be a 198.4, a fan from 2013 would consider it to be only a 197.5, and a fan from 2004 would consider it a 199. This season, it’s definitely better than LSU’s 198.4
