Here’s a high volume full body calisthenics routine I do 2 - 3 times a week for now. I’m slowly working back at it as my daily routine.
No matter how long I stopped training. I’ve always came back to this routine and it has always helped me gain back my strength.
Only thing different this time is that I added walking up hill lunges to up the level. I usually do regular standing squats. But I feel like the lunges are more technical and more efficient on leg growth especially when doing them up a hill.
