Out here shooting in these hills up here in West Virginia right now. . I’m applying the Pythagorean theorem on a shot that’s down hill 30 degrees and the tgt is also canted at a 16 degree angle instead of being squared up. I’ll mil it this way and also I’ll mil the tgts width. Does this sound like I’m going about milling the tgt correctly? Thanks for the informative video!!!

Hi WV According to our in-house experts if you are milling targets at an inclination it is best to range using the width of the target as that value will not change with inclination angle. If you input that line of sight range and the inclination angle into the Kestrel it will take the angle into account when calculating a hold for your shot. Thanks for watching!
