Part 2 of Our North Coast California Adventure!! We drove up from Mendocino, had an amazing time in Fort Bragg, California, where we explored the scenic and historic attractions of the coast. We rode rail bikes along the old railroad tracks, up to Glen Blair Junction, enjoying the views of the forest and the river. We visited Glass Beach, where we marveled at the colorful sea glass that covered the shore. (Actual glass) Drank some delicious beers at some local breweries. We watched the sunset at Point Cabrillo State Park, where we saw the lighthouse and the sea wildlife. Had an amazing seafood dinner, camped in a yurt in the redwood trees, feeling cozy and adventurous at the same time. (Oh, and pretty sure we heard Bigfoot at 5am) It was a memorable trip that we will never forget.
